Many online gaming platforms treat VIP as little more than a slightly bigger bonus. williamhill's VIP program is different. At every tier, the quality of service genuinely changes — not just on paper.
Whether you're in Dhaka or Chittagong, Sylhet or Rajshahi — as a williamhill VIP member, you get the same premium experience no matter where you play. All you need is an internet connection; williamhill takes care of the rest.
Important Information: Your williamhill VIP level is determined automatically. Your total wager amount is calculated each calendar month, and your level is updated accordingly. No separate application needed.
According to williamhill's data, most regular players in Bangladesh find the Gold level the most appealing — and for good reason. It's the first tier where you get a dedicated account manager. With standard customer service, even a minor issue or quick question can mean waiting in a queue. Gold members can reach their own manager directly via WhatsApp or phone.
The 12% weekly cashback at Gold tier is well worth noting. Say you have a net loss of ৳5,000 in a given week — you'll get ৳600 credited straight back to your account, no strings attached.
Williamhill Diamond members exist in a league of their own. 20% cashback, 15-minute withdrawals, and unlimited withdrawal limits — very few platforms in Bangladesh can match that. On top of that, there are invitations to international events and premium gift packages.
For Diamond members, williamhill assigns a personal VIP host dedicated solely to their needs. Any issue, any request — handled with the highest priority.
On many platforms, cashback comes with so many conditions that you end up with nothing. williamhill keeps it simple. Every Monday, your net gaming loss from the previous week (Monday to Sunday) is calculated, and a set percentage based on your level is credited directly to your withdrawable balance.
No wagering requirements — withdraw it the moment you receive it. That's what sets williamhill's cashback apart from the rest.
Example: You're a Gold tier member. Your total net loss last week was ৳8,000. On Monday morning, ৳960 (12%) cashback will be added to your account — and you can withdraw it right away.
Williamhill's points system works in two ways. First, accumulating points moves you up the VIP tiers. Second, those points can be converted into cash — typically 100 points equals ৳10, with an even better rate for Diamond members.
To redeem your points, go to the VIP section of your account and select the "Redeem Points" option. You need a minimum of 500 points to redeem. Converted cash is immediately withdrawable.
